"his family adapted to the new circumstances. His family was happily doing their business as part of the German Reich when the Germans started losing"

Happily doing business ... with a losing party that had every intention of killing every Jew in Europe? And you accept this..? See link below from media matters.

"At a young age Soros started trading currencies on the Hungarian black market during World War 2."
Which was punished with death during WWII. Now see: laying low not to be caught and trading in the black market?

Hmmm, well how often well people put to death in Nazi Occupied territory for trading currencies..? I strongly suspect as it was clear Germany was going to lose that currency trading and other black market activities became rather common and that German and Hungarian soldiers would accept bribes. That was a a common way for Jews to survive Nazi occupied territory. It was how Shindler protected his workers.

FWIW, here is a critique of the notion that Soros was a Nazi collaborator. Again he was 14, he played the part of a godson of a gentile employee of Hungary. If he hadn't he wouldn't have lived though the war.
