Here's the problem. She says, under oath, that she was covert and that her cover was blown by the administration. The leaker was discovered (Richard Amitrage) and he has confessed. Although Fitz has labeled her employment status as "classified", why has he not charged Amitrage with a violation of the Identities Act?

That is a question I would like an answer to.
