The last time I skied it took about 5 hours to get my jeans off, my knees were that swollen. I wanted to just cut them off.

I love Colo skiing. The snow it the best by far.

I think its safe to say from comments you have made that you love Colorado. Period.

There's a lot good to say about the state.

Mrs. Smithee is going to Clark, CO (North of Steamboat Springs) in June for the wedding of a niece.

Get this - The flight from Pasco to Salt Lake to Hayden (Steamboat) was less than either a flight to Denver or simply a flight to Salt Lake.

Go figure. Connect in SLC and fly on further and the fare is cheaper than the ticket to SLC.

Based on the advice you and others offered I expected to be given parabolics, and was not disappointed. I told them I used to ski 190's to 200's. They gave me some 178 parabolics that handled quite well.

On the second day I was playing camera dad, and I would point downhill to get ahead of the kids. My son would do likewise and I was generally lucky to get a picture or two of him before he passed me. My daughter made herself more available for pictures and video clips as she traversed the hill.

I vowed to do some exercises, but never followed up on it. I have incentive to do them before going back next year.
