Briskit is trying to find a plausible way to blame Dubya on liberals, the french, gays or the islamo fascists. He/she hasn't figured out the argument yet but he/she knows there's one to be made! Well, actually, made up.

Dubya really isn't a TRUE conservative so Republicans can disown him at will.
