As evidenced by only one out of 7 teams making it past the second round, the ACC was over-seeded in the tournament and overrated all year. Maryland as a 4, Duke as a 6 were awfully generous.

I agree that Duke was way overrated this year. After losing 3 or 4 games in a row they were stilled ranked even though the teams that beat them (like Maryland) we not ranked. Maryland might not have deserved a 4 seed but a 5 seed (Butler) knocking off a four seed is hardly a big upset. Other than Georgia Tech I don't remember any the ACC teams getting blown out.
