Ken,

Here are pics of my little trailer.

pbase.com

It sleeps 3 right now as configured, and I plan to modify one of the beds so it will sleep 4.

It has a 3-way refrigerator (propane, 12V and 120V-ac), a 3 burner propane stove, 30 gal. water with electric pump (12v), a propane heater and, to keep the spousal unit happy, a toilet.

I'm in the process of upgrading some of the electrical, just reworked some of the fresh water system, and working on cosmetics. The previous owner was in love with silicone caulk (which is messy, doesn't work well, and is hard to remove), as well as roofing tar on the roof. Why he did that when there are products specifically designed for RV's and trailers I don't know.

We're planning a drive in it to Wisconsin this summer.

It is the funnest thing.......having your little hotel right close behind you knowing you can pull in anywhere and be comfortable in familiar surroundings. We bought new foam for the bed and dining area for Dusty just so we'd be especially comfortable. You need to keep it small and compact for easier hauling. We tried that 60' thingy and were very disappointed. A rig that size really, really limits your experience. You have to find parks that accommodate them. Parking is a b^#%$# and they really are like heavy sails in the wind driving down the road.

Go for a small, compact rig, deck it out like you want it, give it an appropriate name, and it will be just like family.
