Sounds like you bought a newer rig than the one you picked up in AZ (?) about a year ago. Maybe not, didn't remember that one being as big. At any rate, it's about what my bro and SIL travel in, towing a small pickup. They bought it new about 2 years ago. He had the foresight to buy a 3 year bumper-to-bumper warranty on it. So far, every time they've ventured out, and they go several times a year, they have problems and have to use the warranty. It doesn't cost much, if anything for the repairs, but it's the PIA each one causes.

This last trip, they had additional problems in that they fed their "child" (a yellow lab) some of that bad dog food that's been in the news lately. One very sick, poopy, puky pup on their hands for about 3 days. Took her to the out of town vet which set them back $180. Then the generator leaked oil and the sat-dish wouldn't seek the sat. They were glad to get home.

Sounds like every outing is a huge "adventure".

Many of the private RV parks now have cable hookups (as well as wireless internet)
