fishhead, we KNOW SH had WMDs some time before the war. He used poison gas on the Kurds, remember? Or do they not count as "people in the liberal calculus? What he had in 2003 is open to question. the possibility that some weapons existed in Iraq although not of a militarily significant capability. I think you just admitted to a violation of his agreements with the UN. YOUR heroes. Several senior officers asserted that if Saddam had WMD available when the 2003 war began, he would have used them to avoid being overrun by Coalition forces. And the US made it clear to SH that he'd d***ed well better not. Don't read the rest. We wouldn't want facts to curdle your milk. BTW. how many quotes would you like from Slick and his boys (an girls- -let's not forget them- -he didn't) that SH HAD WMDs???? He and his admin said so multiple times and YOU KNOW IT! I see you cherry picked one passage to the complete exclusion of the overwhelming evidence presented that proves beyond a shadow of any doubt that Saddam remained in egregious violation of the Cease Fire Agreement & his removal was not just appropriate but quite necessary. But then that is typical of BDS inflicted left wingers these days. They can ignore all facts that thoroughly discredit their left wing Talking Points & continue to lie through their teeth with a straight face. And no fishy, Saddam's removal was not solely about "stockpiles" of WMD's & absolutely nothing else. That's just another of the litany of lies made up by the DNC & parroted by the MSM. But then you knew that already.
