As long as it's kept in proper perspective, then I suppose it would count for something... but, not much in my book, not for selecting a leader... people are far more complex than to characterize someone based on one or another of life's components... the best way to measure leadership quality is to measure past leadership experiences directly, and not their marriages, or whatever else there might be... I think that only lessens what people really are and what they're really capable of doing... GZ™
