I'm laughing.... And yes, I knew what you were talking about...and yes, I'm sick of the Brittany mess and hearing about it every day as well. We've been to Canada and stayed in their hotels enough to know that CNN is the ONLY station for any "news" there... and CNN is so badly slanted that no news is better. I do notice that most of the Canadian channels have the majority of their news as what has been going on in the States, with very little as to what is going on in Canada. That in itself, is interesting to me. As far as your Mom: I would agree with your Mom as far as GWB not stepping up the plate, and actually doing something about the ILLEGAL immigrants coming to the States. But ask her how she felt about Clinton-Gore actually stepping up two different campaign years, and increasing the number of immigrants to over 1,000,000 each of the two terms....These two encouraged the Immigrations Department to completely overlook our current laws.... She should read Democrat Judge David Shippers book "Sell Out" .... amazon.com Then she can REALLY get upset..... Are you saying that the Countries in Europe top to bottom, are NOT requiring passports between them???? Did you mean I could check in in Copenhagen, and be free to travel to every single European Country and only have to use my Passport in Denmark?(most of these countries are about the size of some of our small to middle sized States) If so, when did that happen? But I think North America should be more like Europe and be free travel from the edge of the Suez Canal to Hudsons bay.
