Based on population statistics, they are a minority, and are getting a similar minority of the oil revenue. How are they getting the shaft?

And the Iraqi constitution does not have the checks and balances that ours has.

Most countries constitutions don't. Some countries don't even have written constitutions, or have meaningless ones. The Iraq's constitution is better than average. It hardly provides reason for or justification for terrorism.

Many of the Sunnis issues are a result of their own behavior when Saddam was in power.

Not just when he was in power, but also since he was kicked out of power, including their current actions today. If the negative actions are continuing placing blame might be necessary to advance the cause. Well I suppose if they stop, they don't have to get walloped with blame after the fact, but they have to stop.

I'm not saying they are the only ones involved in creating their own hell but they aren't innocent victims.
