Actually no.

The difference he claimed was so large that a factor of 15 is only a tiny part of it. It doesn't change his point.

And then there is the simple fact that AMD's SOI chips don't tend to run particularly hot. So whatever the thermal insulating properties of the oxide layer they don't seem to be a big deal judgeing from real world net result evidence.

I'd say you have a developing cognizance problem.

Which could lead to a credibility problem.
