Not only that, it's happening at an accelerating rate (according to latest measurements) !!

So in the long run the Universe will be a very very cold place and we won't have to worry about heat dissipation problems.

EDIT: Low density place is more apt description (it's already cold). Don't know what happens to stuff in black holes.
