If you DO have mold, you have to get rid of it, of course. We had it in our Sunday School building and it was making folks very sick. Getting rid of it looked like some $20,000 until we learned about something the government invented called a "Mold Bomb". Can't tell you much more, but you can search for it. It cut our cost to 1/10 of the original estimate and we're mold free now for some 3 years.
