"Wee doggies vet" That sounds like a BBC drama series we fell in love with called "Hamish Macbeth." It was set in rural Scotland and the main character had a little white dog he named Wee Jock. Everybody kept saying wee this and wee that. It was very charming.

If you haven't seen "Hamish Macbeth" I recommend it highly. We got it from our library on DVD. Hamish is a policeman in a small town full of 'characters.' He is a very practical man and lets their shenanigans go by in the name of common sense.

I love the show.
