Friedman is not really a leftist in the sense you might be using the word. Friedman was pro-war for the most part but gave up on the bush team years ago based on matters of competence. Many folks who are moderate and conservative have this nagging feeling that some folks on the left are rooting for us to lose. And there are some of those out there. I would like to think nancy P. is rooting for bush to pull the chestnuts out of the fire but after i read some of the bush haters posts, once cant help having doubt about their motivations. If folks want to shut up JTA and GZ, they neednt give them their ammunition every damn day.
