It could never happen but I'd love it. My war policy would change the way we do things. If we went to war the very first day I would remove a small city by using conventional carpet bombing. I'd ask the leaders of the other country if they wanted to say Uncle. If not On day two I would do the same thing. I'd do this for as many days as it took them to say Uncle. The reality is far fewer people would die and a war would be ended faster which would allow us to negotiate. We haven't won a war since WWII. The reason for this (in my mind) is an unwillingness to be brutal which is just a fact of war. Precision strikes don't demoralize a country - destruction without discretion does
