If someone disposed of YOU I'd say they had very bad judgment indeed. I don't hold the disposed of spouse accountable, unless they are violent, or have some other very extreme fault- which lies outside the "for better or worse" clause of the contract . I think the spouse who walks out is the one who is giving up, and not putting in the work, and violating the marriage contract.

That's just me, but I think walking away, especially when things are "for worse" is just wrong. When do you need that promise in the marriage vows but at the time when things are at their lowest ebb? I'm sure you were joking, but I just couldn't pass up the serious issue. :-) I'm sorry for getting all serious on your joke.
