Libby's appeals will take far more time than Bush has as President. Bush has what 20 months as president roughly? He can pardon libby at 18 months, and even if Libby gets into a prison, he will he highly protected. The Prison Service cannot allow someone with the contacts Libby has to even break a nail. The Prison will Probably only have 2 tennis courts and 9 holes of golf, but the computer access will be good, Libby can work on his book, which will be to expose the injustice of the Democrats, He will want it out before September 2008.

I sure hope Bush pardons Libby. Unfortunately, he won't until his term is over and by then Scooter will have done some hard time.

I expect he'll stay out of jail pending appeal. That ought to take him to the end of Bush's term.

Unfortunately, he'll likely be disbarred and will not be in a position to practice law. As Ichy notes, he'll probably write a book.
