Do I understand this right? A Bush pardon near the end of his term won't keep Libby from being sentenced after Bush leaves office?

You don't think he will make enough on the book deals and personal appearances to make a living? Look at the money Clinton made for lying. Libby's book will be a huge seller if he gets it out on time, and if he gets a good ghost writer and sits down now and claims he was innocent, and railroaded by the vengeance driven Democrats. every Republican will want a copy to prove he was railroaded and most democrats will want to read it so they can dispute it.

I think the Federal Prosecutor better hope his case is rock solid and he isn't a member of the Democratic party, or his days will be spent as a contributor not as a candidate
