<Or, invent some other method, which doesn't seem as though it's all that easy, or they'd have done it.> QUALCOMM could have a solution at hand but is waiting to see where this ruling goes.There may be a problem with product that is already out there in shipment boxes ect.The work around of a power saving mechanism compared to the mastering of the CDMA radio interface has to be a much simpler process...don't you think.
