Quit trying to use Armitage as the fall guy. That's so dishonest. It was Libby who's been convicted, and Libby was Cheney's right arm. Cheney and Rove were the ones the jury wanted to convict though. They said so after the trial. The jury never even mentioned Armitage.

I can't speak to why Fitzgerald hasn't indicted Armitage because I haven't heard anything from him about that.

All I can say is you are working overtime speculating and postulating theories that may have no basis in fact. You are arriving at the conclusions that your bias dictates and using fallacious logic to back up your speculated conclusions.

That may work for you, but it doesn't for anyone who is intelligent.

Libby, Cheney and Rove are guilty in Plamegate. Armitage is a second-level player in the scandal, and apparently the only one who leaked the name without malicious intent to ruin Plame's career and punish Wilson for telling the truth about Bush's outrageous Yellowcake from Niger lie.

The Bush gang knew the Yellowcake story was based on forged Italian documents but they went ahead and put it into the State Of The Union anyway. That's an impechable offense. It led directly to the deaths of thousands of American troops as well as the outing of a key covert CIA agent on Iranian WMD, which may have destroyed our entire spy network over there. It certainly set it back years.
