Jocelyn Elders was just being real. All she did was to say that teaching mastrubation might help with teen pregnancy and STD's. Which it might. You don't get pregnant or get an STD from mastrubation.

There are dozens of Bush-Cheney high crimes, all meriting impeachment. Maybe if she actually acted like a doctor and not like Larry Flynt, she could have kept her job. Did it ever cross your mind that masterbating is not pornographic and that your reaction to the act is reactionary? That, in fact, Elders was giving sage advise but that the right is so steeped in its superstition and mythodology that they wouldn't know sage advise if it hit them on the head? That had it happened later in Clinton's tenure he would have told the right to take a flying leap?
