1.) Lower O/S shares thru buyback = greater loss per share remaining with current guidance
2.) cash hoard gone, then what?
3.) Already spun out something last year?

This is the irony of shares buyback:

If the company lost money, share buy back results in making loss per share bigger.

If the company makes money, shares buy back increases EPS.

Any wonder if shareholders are not buying Motorola strategy at this juncture?

How about Carl Icahn? How much of a hair cut does he have today?
