Motorola relying/focusing way too much on only their handsets biz. Look at all the other products/services they offer - motorola.com

If, and if the cell phone companies keep giving away free phones they will also demand that cost/prices go down. Not margin friendly.

Who knows? MOT price depends far more on the prevailing computer trading algorithm than any of the above investment thesis and business analysis.
