I disagree. I think we are going to get a great year for stocks, especially tech. Semis should rally at some point this year, maybe even before summer, as their inventory correction appears to be about finished. Interest rates may get cut. 3G phones (including the iPhone) and Vista should be humming along by the 2nd half of the year. And a weaker dollar is generally good for tech stocks since they have a larger percentage of sales in non-dollar denominated currencies than do non-tech stocks. I think we get a good year for tech in '07.
