White House fighting hard for the right to lie to congress with impunity. What a bunch of skunks and scoundrels in this White House. How many dozen WH officials testified under oath during CLinton's terms? Plenty, including CLinton himself just because the GOP congress was going through his dirty underwear. This is a case where Rove (or someone close to him) actually ordereed prosecutors replaced who enforced the law against Republicans, or refused to falsely indict democrats on trumped-up phony charges. This is a disgrace. Rove should be in prison. Which is actaly why they don't want him testifyiong under oath I guess. He is such a big fat liar he would perjure himself within 30 seconds. Also, ironic that Tony Snow ranted and raved against exactly what Bush is doing now in 1998, saying there was no place for exexutive privilege and that the presidient and all his people had to follow the law above all else, and obey congress. Now he's totally flipflopped. This also proves Tony Snow is full of it.
