So what do we know? With regard to the video compression case, we know that it isn't over until Judge Rudi sings, and he hasn't even cleared his throat yet. I expect him to issue a baritone blast against BRCM, but we'll see. By the way, I never thought it was a slam dunk against BRCM. As the trial progressed, I became very concerned about Q's trial team and very impressed with BRCM's. It was absolutely no surprise to me and to others who followed the trial that the jury ruled as it did.
