There is an appearance of obstructing justice. And there won't be any "evidence" if you can't investigate. Even Bush has admitted it was handled improperly. Relax. Let it take it's course.

There isn't any evidence of serious wrongdoing (even legal wrongdoing) for congress to investigate. The prosecutors serve at the will of the administration. Congress doesn't set policy for the prosecutors, and without any evidence of wrongdoing there isn't anything for them to oversea.

If this is all true, why is Gonzales lying?
