This is not just a copper chart, but includes imports and exports of all base metals. The one I noticed most was zinc -- with imports up 111 percent in Jan/Feb over a year ago. But all the figures are scary when you realise how small the reported stocks are worldwide. The figures include a massive increase in imported copper from Peru, scrap metals from the Phillipines, etc., etc.

To me this confirms that we really are in a commodities bull market that's going to last for years.
