Iglesias talks about his decision not to prosecute. Firing someone for not prosecuting (if that was the reason) isn't obstruction of justice. He also talks about a calls from from Representative Heather Wilson and the other from Senator Domenici. Well if they pressured him not to prosecute, or submarined him politically because he did prosecute or plan to prosecute, then perhaps they should be investigated for the appearance of obstruction of justice. If there's something to it, that investigation might lead elsewhere.
