"On a sliding scale of dumbness, there is "not very bight", dumb, "almost brain dead", and COMATOSE."

...and is that why in your profile you list DROOPY as one of your favorite stocks? You asked for it.

Think about this:

I put my 67yr young friend (who might as well be considered my quasi father)
in SSRI 4 years ago @ $8.
I ask him not to sell SSRI until I felt it was appropriate.
I'm 39yrs young.

About a year later
A young peer/friend of mine, aspiring to be a financial planner, came along flying the AMERICAN EXPRESS Financial Flag (now known as AMERIPRISE.)
My Q/Dad bought his AMEX BS hook, line and sinker and signed on.

Without checking with me, the FP took him out of SSRI @ $11.

I am no longer friends with the FP.
I hope my Q/Dad thinks twice before making prudent financial decisions based on the 'expert' advice of AMEX...

This present market is a precursor to the grinding and knashing of teeth we are about to experience thanks to my ilk working for & marching lockstep with the BS of the major financial houses.

The LT goal of the Major Financial Houses is to milk the misguided BB Generation for all it's worth.

I predict the endgame will be ugly.
Those of us that ignored our parents but listened, learned & practice the modesty in lifestyle of their Grandparents & GreatGrandparents will survive.

Hollywood helped start this ball rolling back in '84 with the movie 'Risky Business'
Tom Cruise ( I can't believe I'm quoting him) contributed to this transfer of wealth by using the line of most FP's stealing their Dad's money...

"What the Fuck?"

Greed is bad
