It really is and I think you would enjoy visiting there. So much to do and see and very friendly people. We used to have a condo on the creek in Woodcreek North, but lost it several years ago to a freak flood. I really miss going up there for Market Day. I am happy I still have family there to visit. It is about two and a half hours from our home in Houston. The bluebonnets were just beginning to bloom when we went up, but did not see any Indian Paint Brush up yet. Many travel that route for picture taking every year. When I was small, my Aunt used to take me up there every year to see them and take pictures. We always brought some home for her garden. It is against the law now to pull them up, but wasn't way back then... You can buy the seeds most everywhere now and they do multiply each year. It was her favorite time of the year.

I remember someone telling me about a tree house B&B there where giraffes came up every morning to visit and you were provided with food to feed them from the tree patio. I would like to visit that one sometime. It sounds like a neat place to see. I love animals and enjoy being around them. I don't know if it is still open though. It sounded like a great idea to me and think it would be very popular and a busy one. I may check on that one myself.

If you decide to come this way, let me know.
