You hear his testimony to Congress yesterday? Nothing about throwing cars away. Nothing about taxing exhalations. Nothing about living in caves. Economic opportunities abound. And other countries jumped on the bandwagon long ago. If living greener is a disadvantage, California's economy wouldn't be the 6th or 5th or 7th largest in the world...we only use a half the electricity per capita as the rest of the US. 12th in the world in emissions, despite having to fight the gvt and Detroit for our standards.
