No doubt there is a strong demand for Robots in consumer business. However, those robots may be years off, and just because this company is one of the first in the market does not mean it will succeed.

Who is going to care for all millions of elderly patients as our country gets older and older, esp those baby boomers. Of course it will be Robots, but when and which company will do it is to far off to know. And of course caring for elderly is just a start, consumers want robots to care for pets, and handle the laundry as well.

Anyone care to guess when this may be?

A floor cleaner is not a major must for me. However, I would order a robot in a second for my ailing mother in law, if they were truly functional and affordable.
