could you explain further. stage four cancer esp. breast cancer that spreads may be controllable if a certain drug is taken for life. stage four you do not get to be cancer free, ever! it is in your system. my daughter's best friend since childhood has been going through this for last four years. she recently had it spread to liver, there are numerous cocktial drugs they keep trying. Although taking chemo, drugs, testing, she still works 28 hours a week and has a four year old daughter. Her mom is 37 years old, breast cancer is treatable most times.
