Yes, which reminds me...I owe Art an apology. He called this correctly a few weeks ago when I had been assuming that the jury's finding of non-infringement would stand.

When the potential remedies are argued on May 2, don`t be surprised to find Carol Lam presenting the Qualcomm position, provided she has a good rapport with Rudi Brewster.If he opts to let Qualcomm participate in the Patent Pool, Qualcomm may opt not to appeal, so as to not risk making bad law by appellate adoption of Brewster`s liability ruling.
