We found silver dollar sized spores just like this in that attic I was talking about. I can't imagine living in a home that is infested with something like this. I remember a conversation I had with a carpenter friend. He knew of a family that had it growing in their attic and walls. Like you, they were sick all the time and finally had an inspection. Several areas in the house were infested, and it eventually had to be burned down.
