Yes, I know this. The K-wave depression began in 2001, I'm fairly sure that future historians will mark that as the beginning. But 1991-1994 was a critical period, too, the system tried to collapse.

The Feds are fighting a losing battle, although since 1995 I've learned not to underestimate their power or resolve.
