Qcom followed the written rules and might be subsequently exonerated on appeal.

I disagree that they followed the written rules, but we'll simply have to agree to disagree on this point. Perhaps the written stuff wasn't as strong as one would like, but it surely gave everyone notice of what was expected.

Patent ambush is very damaging to our IPR system. I don't want Q to do it any more than I want Q to be subjected to it. I fully agree with Judge Rudi's ruling.
