I am at a loss to see how you can expect the Q's law babies to be omnipotent.

For the kind of money Q pays, I expect no errors. Zero. And obsessive trial preparation.

As far as the beer is concerned, no can do. Getting ready for a hearing in between fuming at the well-paid nincompoops who blew this case. vbg.
