I do not know the answer, but isnt that one of those states that protects your equity in your home from BK? thought thats why they build those 50,000,000 houses so when they BK from business they still have a few sheckles to throw around. So the advantage there would be have no assetts and have a house. I think its one of those recourse or non recourse states that Grace and Elroy were sparring over a few months back.
