One complaint I've heard about Sirius is they make it very difficult to terminate service.

I recently sold a car that I'd had subscribed to Sirius. When I called them to cancel, it was no problem. They credited back the portion of my annual subscription that I hadn't used to my credit card.

I've had both Sirius and XM in various vehicles and I actually prefer XM of the two. My dealings with customer service with both outfits has been more than acceptable and I'd recommend either one. It's really nice to get commercial free music of your choice, although in forested mountain and valley areas the signal can get lost at times...
