Add to that Sprint/Nextel. A real nightmare with their service policies.

Here's another one----gas company for D.C. area has a new policy--------rather than charging you an over due fee of say $20.00 if you are late with two payments even by a day they can bill you with major bucks to be held for a year.

This happened to a friend----wanted $1500.00 in advance. I helped her review, the bills and contacted the Virginia State Corporation Commission-----------found that the commision was getting numerous complaints from customers.

The lady at the commission sent an e-mail to Wash. Gas and got the extra charge erased.

This was a new law that gave Wash. Gas the right to do this----appeared sometime in the middle of the year in fine print. Don't know whether this was exclusively for Wash. Gas or throughout other areas of USA.
