Maurice,have you witnessed the tin shacks thrown together in third world countries.This is freedom, be as creative as you like ..no restrictions ...no permits or codes...it does not matter if you burn shanty town down with your building stupidity!

People have to be saved from themselves.Rules have evolved over civilized societies usually as a result of people dying from being free, to be stupid.
