The Deer Hunter The representative from Ohio makes good points, his state being hard hit from the loss of manufacturing and subprime catastrophe. What to do with all these ohio people who no longer have skills or education that is beneficial and competitive in the global marketplace? Humm My bible says idle hands are the devils work, got to keep them busy busy. Mr. Ryan needs a couple scandals and monica lewinsky's to occupy his time - he seems to have too much time on his hands! People here are complaining about socialism with the announced ohio state bailout of these poor suckers - I suppose we could do like those boys in the movie "the deer hunter" and send them off to war. If you survive the wars you get to keep your house - would that appease the "ayn rand" types here better who are choking on the socialized bailout of poor ohio suckers? Kill off some uneeded human capital in several countries - then we can limit families to one child per household like china and bring in some sustainability eh? Much better than letting starving ohio people come down to florida and shoot us while we have our starbucks at disney.
