Pt - This is a court and is no different to a casino. Anything can happen and as we have seen anything is happening.

The point is that Q could end this nonsense in a second if it said that it had eliminated the need for this patented item. And would disable it for all imports of existing inventory.

Q has the greatest R&D dept on the industry and it is being made to look idiotic. We are entitled to ask what on earth they are doing at Q HQ.

This is not just a bad dream it is happening. Every time Q walks into a court these days it and we get a nasty shock.

Q's legal prowess was supposed to be a strength. It has turned out to be a paper tiger and a total embarrasment. It is very sad to see IJ humiliated like this.

And we are entitled to expect the R&D dept to do something, anything to engineer Q's way out of this. Where are they?

Yuo believe in rational logical decisions by courts? Good luck to you.

Best,

L
