Qcom wins 2 vs Nokia.

Anyone have a complete list of Nokia's Defenses handy? Are these 2 the first to go, leaving 11 more?

Did Nokia's unclean hands defense have to do with timely disclosures to the SSO?

On January 17,2007, complainant Qualcomm moved for summary determination as to respondents’ twelfth (unclean hands) and thirteenth (patent misuse) affirmative defenses. On February 20,2007, the ALJ issued the subject ID granting complainant’s motion. On February 27,2007, the respondents petitioned for review, and on March 6, the Commission Investigative Attorney and complainant Qualcomm filed briefs in opposition to the respondents’ petition.

The Commission has determined not to review the subject ID.

A little bit of good news, no stall/review for Nokia.
