The expected pay increase for state employees should take a back seat to funding the "emergency fund" but dems would rather enrich themselves than protect our state from any unforeseeable need. How much money is our state......and others, and the federal govt.........really collecting? Where is it and what are they doing with it? I don't think we are getting the truth and I don't think all of it is really being declared in those stupid annual budget reports we see.
