Note how right-wingers point out that Bush has a right to fire, but neglect to note the developing issue of lying? AFAIK, Clinton didn't break any laws with Monica either, but he got impeached for lying about it, simply because a special prosecutor was able to morph one investigation into another. There is good reason Bush does not want much testimony under oath.
